Our trip was meticulously planned. We didn't have to worry about the details, everything was in place for us. We loved having our own driver pick up from the airport, it not only saved us time, but avoided confusion. I can only imagine how frustrating this trip would have been without Danielle planning it. Having our own personal rep in destination that we could contact 24/7 was a great added value. We sincerely hope Danielle has no plans to ever retire as we will be using her services repeatedly. Going to Amsterdam a couple days before our river cruise was great advice. The hotel you chose was in the perfect location. I loved seeing all the old world architecture.

Overview of the Planning Process :
Step One
I collect information on a travel form to help gather information and get an understanding of the trip style you want and how we can customize the trip for each client.

Step Two
After the form is complete, I will reach out to you with a link to schedule a call. * Plan 30-45 min for this call. Next: If we are a great fit to work together, you will be invoiced for the planning fee.

Step Three
Now I get to work to provide each client with a beautiful and easy to navigate proposal. Each proposal is unique and specific to your requests. Most trip proposals are ready in 5-7 business days.

Step Four
Once the proposal is approved, I send a credit card authorization form. I will send you a detailed invoice so you can easily follow what has been deposited, paid in full, and dates to detail when balances are due.

Step Five
Closer to your trip departure, I will send you an easy to consume itinerary with all the reservation information. During this time, I will also send you highlighted destination information. We will also make sure any tours are arranged to enhance your trip experience.

Step Six

Do you book domestic travel?
At this time I only book Alaska, Hawaii, and a small handful of luxury USA destinations. The demand is strong and the majority of my business is focused on international travel at this time.

Do you charge a planning fee?
ITINERARY DESIGN FEE
Covers a portion of my time, and research throughout the trip-planning process. It is the perfect fit for those who are overwhelmed planning all the logistics of their trip, or those who aren't sure where they want to go and need assistance finding the accommodations to suite their needs. This fee covers one destination with a beautiful easy to navigate proposal.
All- Inclusive Resort starts at $250.00 Europe Travel starts at $500
The non-refundable fee includes:

Tour & Excursion Recommendations
Expert travel advisory services, including advising on the latest visa and VIP amenities, including complimentary breakfast, property credit, early check-in/late check-out, and upgrades wherever possible. Access to a mobile app where you can view your itinerary. 24/7 support before, during, and after your trip
Airfare Booking: Tracking Airfare for changes, helping if you have any hiccups while traveling.
GROUP TRAVEL FEE
Varies Starts at $450
Group trips enjoy the benefits listed above, as well as a proposal for one destination. Groups trip enjoy all the details listed above, plus knowing they have a professional to help align all the details that need handled for a group booking. Planning for large groups entails managing many moving parts, and making sure you have a professional on your team is vital.

EXPEDITED TRAVEL FEE
Trips with travel dates less than 60 days will require expedited planning. To craft a truly customized itinerary is time-consuming and requires that I prioritize your trip above others in order to make the trip a reality on a tight schedule. I only accept a very small number of these types of trips. Subject to availability. This fee is in addition to the itinerary design fee.

What is the best way to communicate?
Email is the best way for us to stay in contact. I run my business from various destinations and time zones around the world. I spend time traveling to personally experience and learn about properties, tours, guides, and restaurants so I can design the best itineraries for my clients. Having all trip communication within email helps keep all of contact in one location. However, I am delighted to discuss the details of your trip over the phone on our discovery call.
Is Travel Protection really needed?
At this time, I am only booking travel with clients who agree to purchase Travel Protection. Travel Protection provides coverage for trip interruption and cancellation for specifically defined reasons, medical expenses, travel delays, baggage loss, etc.
I will provide a quote for you once the final trip price is determined. Policy Protection is paid in full at the time of purchase.
Do I book Air B&B or VRBO?
I have no way to personally vet and ensure each property will meet my standards and what I offer to clients, I do not book these for clients. I find the customer service aspect of both of these models is always prone to serve the home owner. For example, a last minute cancelation of a client reservation, or an owner trying to collect additional fees. Both examples are unacceptable practices, but have no consequences *plus clients are left to pick up the pieces.
Do I plan trips using Credit cards points?
I do no plan trips using points.
Do I book every destination around the globe?
I have a handful of destinations that I specialize in booking. I have many amazing in destination suppliers that I enable me to plan custom travel experiences around the globe. If you are request a destination that is outside my zone of genius, I am happy to refer you to other travel advisor professional that I know will provide you with outstanding service.
